Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra 1.83

1.83
चिद्धर्मा सर्वदेहेषु विशेषो नास्ति कुत्रचित् । अतश्च तन्मयं सर्वं भावयन्भवजिज्जनः ॥८३॥
ciddharmā sarvadeheṣu viśeṣo nāsti kutracit | ataś ca tanmayaṃ sarvaṃ bhāvayan bhavajij janaḥ
anuṣṭubh
— having Consciousness as their nature ; — in all bodies ; — there is no distinction anywhere ; — and from this ; — all is of that nature ; — contemplating ; — a person becomes conqueror of saṃsāra

Consciousness is the nature of all bodies; there is no distinction anywhere. Therefore one who contemplates all as made of That conquers worldly becoming.
