Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra 1.42

1.42

सर्वं देहगतं द्रव्यं वियद्व्याप्तं मृगेक्षणे । विभावयेत्ततस्तस्य भावना सा स्थिरा भवेत् ॥४२॥

sarvaṃ dehagataṃ dravyaṃ viyadvyāptaṃ mṛgekṣaṇe | vibhāvayet tatas tasya bhāvanā sā sthirā bhavet

anuṣṭubh

— every substance in the body ; — as pervaded by the void ; — O doe-eyed one ; — one should contemplate ; — thereupon for him ; — that contemplation ; — becomes steady

All substance of the body, O fawn-eyed one, contemplate as pervaded by sky. Then that contemplation becomes firm.
