Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra 1.38

1.38
निजदेहे सर्वदिक्कं युगपद्भावयेद्वियत् । निर्विकल्पमनास्तस्य वियत्सर्वं प्रवर्तते ॥३८॥
nijadehe sarvadikkaṃ yugapad bhāvayed viyat | nirvikalpamanās tasya viyat sarvaṃ pravartate
anuṣṭubh
— in one's own body ; — in all directions ; — simultaneously ; — one should contemplate ; — the void ; — with mind free of thought-constructs ; — for him ; — the entire void rolls forth

One should contemplate the sky in all directions within one's own body simultaneously. To one whose mind is free of thought-construct, all becomes sky.
