गर्भे चित्तविकासोऽविशिष्टविद्यास्वप्नः ॥४॥
garbhe citta-vikāso 'viśiṣṭa-vidyā-svapnaḥ
sūtra
— in the womb (of māyā) ; — expansion of the mind (in inferior bliss) ; — is (only) a dream of unspecified (inferior) knowledge

Expansion of the mind (delighted) in the womb (of māyā) is merely the dream of an inferior, undifferentiated knowledge.
