Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra 1.65

1.65

आसने शयने स्थित्वा निराधारं विभावयन् । स्वदेहं मनसि क्षीणे क्षणात्क्षीणाशयो भवेत् ॥६५॥

āsane śayane sthitvā nirādhāraṃ vibhāvayan | svadehaṃ manasi kṣīṇe kṣaṇāt kṣīṇāśayo bhavet

anuṣṭubh

— while seated or lying ; — having abided ; — supportless ; — contemplating ; — one's own body ; — when the mind is dwindled ; — in a moment ; — one becomes free of (mental) residues

Seated or lying, contemplating one's own body as unsupported — when the mind is exhausted, in a moment one becomes free of the subliminal residues.
