Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra 1.32

1.32

धामान्तःक्षोभसम्भूतसूक्ष्माग्नितिलकाकृतिम् । बिन्दुं शिखान्ते हृदये लयान्ते ध्यायतो लयः ॥३२॥

dhāmāntaḥkṣobhasambhūtasūkṣmāgnitilakākṛtim | binduṃ śikhānte hṛdaye layānte dhyāyato layaḥ

anuṣṭubh

— arisen from the agitation within the (inner) abode ; — the form of a subtle fire-mark (tilaka) ; — the bindu ; — at the tip of the flame ; — in the heart ; — at the end of dissolution ; — for one meditating ; — absorption (occurs)

Meditating on a dot, like a subtle fiery tilaka arising from the inner agitation of one's own light — at the top of the flame, in the heart — at the end, absorption (laya) arises.
