1.25

क्रमद्वादशकं सम्यग्द्वादशाक्षरभेदितम् । स्थूलसूक्ष्मपरस्थित्या मुक्त्वा मुक्त्वान्ततः शिवः ॥२५॥

kramadvādaśakaṃ samyag dvādaśākṣarabheditam | sthūlasūkṣmaparasthityā muktvā muktvāntataḥ śivaḥ

anuṣṭubh

— the sequence of twelve (stations) ; — rightly ; — differentiated by the twelve syllables ; — by the gross, subtle, and supreme states ; — abandoning and abandoning (each) ; — finally ; — Śiva (is attained)

The twelvefold sequence, divided exactly into twelve syllables, traversed through gross, subtle, and supreme stages — and released, released — finally one becomes Śiva.
