न व्रजेन्न विशेच्चक्तिर्मरुद्रूपा विकासिते ।
निर्विकल्पतया मध्ये तया भैरवरूपता ॥२१॥
na vrajen na viśec chaktir marudrūpā vikāsite |
nirvikalpatayā madhye tayā bhairavarūpatā
anuṣṭubh
— should not go out; — nor enter; — the (breath-)power; — having the form of wind; — when expanded; — by thought-free awareness; — in the middle (the central state); — by her; — is identity with the form of Bhairava
When the Śakti in the form of breath neither goes out nor enters in, it expands. By that state, free of all thought-construct, in the middle — through it, the nature of Bhairava arises.
